Somatic Connection Meditation

This meditation is modern somatic work inspired by the ancient practices of Anapana and Vipassana, taught by Siddhartha Gautama more than 2,500 years ago.

Instead of trying to control the mind, we train awareness through the body.

This practice stabilizes attention and gradually calms the nervous system.

Instead of reacting to the sensations in the body — wanting pleasant sensations to stay and unpleasant ones to disappear — we simply observe them with calm curiosity.

Over time, this practice reveals a fundamental truth:

Every sensation arises, changes, and passes.

Pleasant or unpleasant — nothing stays forever.

Learning this directly through the body builds a deep sense of equanimity — the ability to remain calm and steady in the middle of life’s changing experiences.

Morning Meditation

By starting our day with a morning meditation, we are giving ourselves the best opportunity to be fully aware, fully awake, and fully alive before "doing" anything. By creating a regular morning practice, we are cultivating peace of mind and happier relationships where we are kinder and less judgmental of ourselves and others.

In addition we will align with our vision, values and emotional states that we want to experience in the coming day and the future ahead.

Repeating this step daily is a powerful way to program your subconscious mind (which is learning by repetition and habit) to manifest the life we want to experience.

Inner Child Meditation

Get into contact with your inner child!

The inner child is a representation of your childhood and youth, with all its experiences and emotions.

Meet your inner child and give it what it would have wished for, the most at the time. A loving hug or just a nice word? Give yourself this intimate moment. It's never too late for that.

This meditation can help you to build the connection to your inner child before we step into a session

Repeat it regularly to deepen the relationship with it, to heal it's wounds and use its qualities in your life more!

Trigger Meditation

Are you in a difficult situation right now?
Do you feel that you have been triggered emotionally?
Now it's time, turn your attention completely within. To where it hurts you right now. This is a powerful and exiting emergency meditation!

It is so important because whenever you go back to your old state of being, you are repeating old patterns. So the key is to recognize in time when this will happen - to be able to move the energy from this "old self". When you have done that, this new and powerful energy is available to you, which you can now invest in your future - in your new self.

The next and more sustainable approach is to heal the trigger through inner child work but this meditation will help you to calm down and become more clearheaded in the acute situations.
