This Masterclass is supposed to introduce you to the wisdom and potential of inner child work
 

The inner child is a representation of your childhood and youth. Everything we have experienced, learned and decided about ourselves or the world we live in.

Now this can be really supporting, if we had the perfect environment all of the time. But as life goes, this is rarely the case. Important is, that we are not simply going out to look for any problems in our past or trying to blame our caregivers for "messing up". Because all of that is natural and often these wounds have been carried through generations. Instead we can take back the responsibility to ourselves. Realizing that, as Gabor mate said:
Trauma is not what happens to you; it is what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you"

 

This is so powerful because as we didn't have a choice as to what happened... we DO have the ability to learn, transform and grow beyond these wounds.
