1. Organizer

This raffle is organized by Cedric Thomas Pfeiffer, operating under Holistic Coaching by Cedric and Buddha Somatics

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

• Participants must follow the official Instagram account of Holistic Coaching by Cedric.

• Only the first 100 new followers after the official launch announcement qualify for the raffle.

• Employees, contractors, or close relatives of the organizer are excluded from participation.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Raffle Structure

• The first 100 new followers after the official announcement automatically qualify.

• From these 100 participants, 20 winners will be randomly selected.

• Each winner will receive:
  1 free Somatics Healing Session

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

4. Selection of Winners

• Winners will be selected randomly.

• The draw will take place within 5 days after reaching 100 eligible followers.

• Winners will be contacted via direct message.

• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

5. Duration

The raffle begins on 22.02.25 and ends once 100 eligible new followers are reached.

6. Prize Conditions

• The prize must be redeemed within [2 months] after notification.

• Sessions or services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse service if behavior is inappropriate or boundaries are violated.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

The organizer is not responsible for:

• Technical issues

• Platform malfunctions

• Incorrect or incomplete entries

• Delays in communication beyond reasonable control

Participation is voluntary. Any coaching or somatic session provided as a prize does not replace therapy, medical treatment, or psychiatric care.

8. Data Protection

By participating, participants agree that their Instagram username may be used for winner announcements.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will only be used in connection with this raffle.

9. Right to Modify or Cancel

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if unforeseen circumstances arise.
